Helal Textile Launches Production Transformation: From Self-Sufficiency to Regional Relief Hub

TEHRAN – October 21, 2025: The Iranian Red Crescent Society (IRCS) held a special meeting of its Working Group on the National Production Growth Slogan, focusing on transformation and innovation at Helal Textile Industries Company

According to Helal Investment Company’s Public Relations Department, senior IRCS officials and subsidiary managers attended the session, emphasizing the use of artificial intelligence and modern technologies in relief production, reducing financial dependence on the IRCS, and positioning Helal Textile as a reputable regional supplier.

Asadollah Abbasi, head of the working group, underlined the need for technological synergy among subsidiaries and a transformative approach to implementing the annual slogan. He said effective use of modern technologies and AI in production could elevate Red Crescent–affiliated industries from domestic producers to international suppliers.

Razieh Alishavandi, Acting Head of the IRCS President’s Office, highlighted modernization and equipment upgrades as signs of qualitative growth. She said Helal Textile prioritizes compliance with international standards and expanding cooperation with other national Red Cross and Red Crescent societies.

Yaser Fallah, CEO of Helal Investment Company, announced development plans aimed at reducing financial dependency, increasing profitability, and entering new markets. He said modernization, workforce efficiency, and stronger marketing and branding strategies are key to achieving financial self-sufficiency.

Seyed Mousa Razavi, CEO of Helal Textile Industries Company, reported major technological upgrades, including new robotic and printing lines for next-generation relief blankets and rescue equipment. He added that technical teams will visit international textile exhibitions in Singapore and China to acquire advanced know-how.
