According to the Public Relations Department of Hilal Red Crescent Investment Company, in line with enhancing intra-organizational cooperation and expanding strategic partnerships, Meysam Afshar, Secretary-General of the IRCS, accompanied by a delegation of senior managers, visited Hilal Textile Industries Company.The visit was attended by Alireza Demirchi, Acting Deputy for Human Resources Development and Support; Shahin Fathi, Director General of the IRCS Tehran Province Branch; and Mohammad Motaghi, Deputy for Logistics and Preparedness at the Relief and Rescue Organization. The delegation toured various production units and held a meeting with the company’s CEO and managers to discuss operational processes, requirements, and strategies for improving performance.In the meeting, Seyed Mousa Razavi, CEO of Hilal Textile Industries Company, presented an overview of the current situation, technical and production capabilities, ongoing challenges, and development opportunities. He highlighted the company’s pivotal role in supplying relief items and stressed the importance of strategic support for domestic production infrastructure.The participating managers exchanged views and experiences, emphasizing the need to maximize domestic capacities, enhance efficiency, and strengthen joint cooperation. Targeted coordination between operational and production sectors was identified as a key approach for improving IRCS performance.The Secretary-General expressed appreciation for the efforts of Hilal Textile Industries employees, describing the company as one of the operational support pillars in the IRCS’s humanitarian and relief missions, and called for sustaining this path with a forward-looking perspective.This visit was part of the IRCS’s broader policies to strengthen domestic production and improve logistical infrastructure, paving the way for greater response capacity in relief missions and services to the public.
