According to the Public Relations Department of the Red Crescent Investment Company, Mr. Mohammad Khosrouzadeh, CEO of Helal Iranian Construction Company, announced the successful completion of the building’s safety project, emphasizing that it aimed to enhance safety standards, promote urban regeneration, and ensure the efficient use of the organization’s real estate assets.
Mr. Khosrouzadeh explained that the old Cinema Tarbiat building, which had long been categorized among Urmia’s unsafe structures due to technical and structural deficiencies, has now been fully rehabilitated. The detailed technical studies were conducted by Nik Azmoon Azerbaijan Company, and the demolition and reinforcement works were carried out precisely and safely by Maskan Shomal Gharb Investment Company.
He stated that all potential hazards and social risks associated with the property have been eliminated, paving the way for future development and new functional uses.
Khosrouzadeh added that the Red Crescent Investment Company has now initiated economic and feasibility studies to transform this site into a dynamic and beneficial urban space for the citizens of Urmia.
It is worth noting that the ultimate goal of this project is to contribute to urban and cultural revitalization in the region, while generating sustainable resources to support the humanitarian activities of the Iranian Red Crescent Society.
