According to a report from the Public Relations Department of the Iranian Red Crescent Investment Company, Pirhossein Kolivand issued an order dated October 1, 2025 (9th of Mehr 1404), appointing “Shahabuddin Shams” and “Mahmoud Bagheri Mazidabadi” as members of the Board of Directors of the Iranian Red Crescent Investment Company.
The appointment order from Dr. Kolivand states:
“In view of your qualifications, commitment, and valuable background, and in implementation of Article 38 of the Articles of Association of the Iranian Red Crescent Investment Company (Private Joint-Stock), you are hereby appointed as a ‘Member of the Board of Directors of the Iranian Red Crescent Investment Company.’
As this company plays a valuable role in guiding and managing economic activities and projects in line with the goals and missions of the Iranian Red Crescent Society, it is hoped that, with the grace of God Almighty and by drawing on your invaluable experiences and expertise, while benefiting from the guidance of experts and scholars, you will devote all your efforts, abilities, and scientific and executive experiences to directing, leading, and determining long-term and medium-term policies for related economic projects, as well as comprehensively enhancing and increasing the efficiency and productivity of the subsidiary companies in accordance with the Articles of Association and existing laws and regulations.
It is hoped that, with the assistance of the Almighty God, significant steps will be taken toward achieving the enduring goals of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s Red Crescent Society, and by making the directives of the Supreme Leader (may his glory endure)—especially the Statement of the Second Phase of the Islamic Revolution—the guiding principle, under the shadow of empathy, synergy, and collaboration with managers, and by maximally utilizing available capacities in performing duties, you will be victorious and triumphant.
